Returns & Exchanges Policy

The Comanche Nation Gift Shop will accept returns for items purchased within 14 days of the original purchase, delivery, or pick-up date. Returned items should be in the original purchased condition, with tags, and the original purchase receipt.

Refunds and exchanges made with a receipt will be processed at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, if the returned is initiated within 14 days of the purchase, delivery, or pick-up date.

Such items may be exchanged for the same product or refunded in the original payment method.

Returns accompanied by a gift receipt can be exchanged for another item equal to the price of the item at the time of the purchase.

All sales final on beads, fringe, broadcloth, and discounted items.
